The Hill Pro-Motion PT App provides patients with a secure and convenient platform to manage their rehabilitation exercises and communication needs. Through this application, users can access a personalized Home Exercise Program complete with high-definition instructional videos designed to facilitate correct execution of each exercise.

The 'Messages' feature allows for secure, direct communication between the patient and their Hill Pro-Motion PT provider, fostering ongoing support and guidance. As patients complete their prescribed exercises, they can earn digital trophies and medals, which serve as motivational milestones displayed in the 'Awards' section.

The 'Awards' tab enables users to monitor their achievements over time. For those preferring a different language, the app offers a multilingual option accessible via the 'More' tab under 'Languages.' Appointment scheduling and related information are available through the 'Appointments' section. It is important to select 'Mark as Complete' after each exercise session to ensure accurate progress tracking by the provider.

Access to the app is restricted to registered Hill Pro-Motion PT patients. Additionally, the app integrates with the iPhone's Health app to track daily step counts, providing valuable activity data to your healthcare provider for comprehensive monitoring of your recovery progress.
